Every project is different but the process we use to drive every project to success always stays the same.
QUOTE & CONTRACT
You’ll get a free estimate and walk-through. Once scope, timelines and budget are approved, we’ll take a deposit and get your project in our calendar.
PREP & PAINTING
Diligent prep work, including another detailed walk-through with the site point-person if applicable. Then, we repair and paint.
FINAL INSPECTION
We started with a walk-through and we’ll finish with one, too. Once the project gets your coveted seal of approval, we’ll wrap things up and send you the final invoice … until your next project!

During the summer of 2021 Pacific Hyland Painting was engaged to do a painting project (our Strata's largest maintenance project to date) at our development in West Vancouver. This project had been in the planning phase for a few years prior and we were guided and given very helpful advice through this process. Pacific Hyland Painting assisted in researching and recommending the best paint product for the specific application. The execution and co-ordination of the project was undertaken professionally and seamlessly - the project involved working on various buildings with different levels, circumnavigating glass canopies and railings, requiring the use of 2 boom lifts. The painting crew were very professional, respectful, and worked meticulously on the property. The owners and Strata Council were extremely happy with the execution and most importantly very happy with the finished result and paint/product choice. A year later the application and paint product has held up well and continues to look good. We will without a doubt be using Pacific Hyland Painting going forward for any future painting projects needed at our development.

If you’re not happy, then the project isn’t finished. If you notice problems with your paint or restoration repairs within 36 months of your project completion date, we’ll come back to fix it.
